What are the key products and services that you provide?

Flower Sugar is an online florist that provides flower delivery services in Klang Valley. Areas in our delivery coverage include addresses in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Puchong, and Klang.
Our main products are fresh flower hand bouquet, flower box, flower stand, fruit basket, and artificial orchid.

Do you provide customisation service?

Yes! Please contact us via WhatsApp if you would like us to customise a flower arrangement based on your requirement.

Do you provide any add-on for your flowers?

Our add-on collection includes balloons, chocolates and scented candles. If you would like to send additional gift (such as cake or other gifts) together with the flowers, please contact us before placing order on our website.

Why some of your products are not available in Same-Day Delivery collection?

Some imported flowers are shipped to Malaysia once a week. To ensure the freshness of these flowers upon delivery, we procure these flowers at a quantity that is sufficient only for a week's usage. Surge in demand may occasionally result in non-availability of these flowers until the next shipment.

How do I place order for flowers or gifts?

You can place order directly through our website or with our floral consultant via WhatsApp. To order through our website, please 1) select the delivery date and add the item into cart, 2) proceed to Cart page to provide sender & recipient details, and 3) provide delivery address and payment details on Checkout Page. You should receive a confirmation email from us once payment is made.

What payment option do you provide?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), Grab Pay and bank transfer from Malaysian bank.

How do I check the status of an order?

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to obtain the estimated delivery time of the flowers or gifts that you have ordered. Orders received in advance of the delivery date (i.e. at least a day before delivery date) are typically dispatched at noon time while orders received in the same day are dispatched in late afternoon or evening.

Is my delivery address within your coverage?

We deliver to addresses as far as 60KM away from our workshop in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Please refer to Delivery Coverage page for more details.

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours start from 10AM to 7PM. Orders received before the delivery date (i.e. at least one day before delivery date) are typically dispatched around afternoon while orders received for delivery on the same day are dispatched in the late afternoon or evening.

Can I request for specific-time delivery?

Please contact us via WhatsApp if you would like us to deliver the flowers and/or gifts within a specific time window.
Please note that additional charge applies for specific-time delivery.

How do you deliver the flowers/gifts?

We rely on our own transporters and on-demand transporters (e.g. Grab Express, Lalamove, Goget) for delivery.

How is delivery fee calculated?

Delivery fee is calculated based on the distance between our workshop in Petaling Jaya and the delivery address. We provide free delivery up to 20km for selected floral items.

Actual delivery fee (if any) will be shown at the Checkout Page after full full address is submitted.

Where are you located?

Our flower shop is located in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
