Shipping policy
We provide delivery services to selected locations within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya for a fee. Customers are required to enter the correct delivery postcode at the checkout page to ensure accurate delivery coverage and pricing.
Requests to change the delivery address must be submitted to sales@flowersugar.com at least 12 hours prior to the commencement of the selected delivery time slot. Delivery to a new address is subject to availability within our delivery coverage area. Each address change is subject to a minimum administrative fee of RM10.
We reserve the right to complete delivery within up to two (2) hours after the selected delivery time slot. In the event that an order is delivered more than two (2) hours after the selected time slot, customers may request a full refund of the delivery fee by contacting sales@flowersugar.com.
We, including our delivery partners, may contact the recipient using the phone number provided prior to delivery. If the recipient is unreachable, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule the delivery at our discretion.
Delivery to high-rises, shopping malls, offices, public amenities & infrastructures
With the exception of delivery of flower stand, we do not provide door-to-door delivery to premises such as apartment/condominium, office towers, shopping malls, parks, bus/train station and airport. Please ensure the recipient is able to collect the item(s) at the entrances or lobbies of such premises from our delivery partners. Alternatively, please ensure there is a dedicated space for our delivery partner to leave the item(s) for collection by the recipient. Flower Sugar is not responsible for any damage, loss, theft of the item(s) purchased once they are left at the designated space. If you require door-to-door delivery, please contact our customer service before placing order.
Purchaser's responsibilities
It is the purchaser and purchaser's intended recipient's responsibility to receive the order at the pre-selected delivery location and time. Every order is deemed to have been delivered in satisfactory conditions if the order is not collected within 10 minutes after our delivery personnel or partner arrives at the pre-selected location and time.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information related to the delivery, including but not limited to the name of the recipient, the delivery address, contact details and the delivery timeframe. To change any order details, please contact sales@flowersugar.com at least 12 hours before the pre-selected delivery timeframe.
