Shipping Policy
The flower delivery service at Flower Sugar includes several locations in Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, and Puchong. When you enter the delivery address, ensure that you enter the correct postcode of the delivery location.
If you need to change the delivery address or any of the other delivery information, please contact us at least 12 hours before the pre-selected delivery time.
In the event of a late delivery of 2 hours after the pre-selected time, the customer is entitled to a full refund. To redeem the refund, please contact us via email.
