Vacancy - Florist

Job Description:

  • Arrange fresh flower products including:
    • Hand bouquet
    • Flower Box
    • Flower stand
  • Design & create new flower products
  • Assist in marketing, sales and deliveries of floral products including:
    • Coordinate with dispatch personnel to ensure orders are delivered on time
    • Respond to enquiries from customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience as full-time florist
  • Passion in floral arrangements and floristry
  • Desire to build a career in floral industry
  • Proactive attitude in completing tasks, finding new ways to resolve issues, and supporting team members across all business functions
  • Able to work overtime during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
  • Ability to speak and write English, Malay, and Chinese is a plus
  • Able to commute to and work in Petaling Jaya (our workshop is within walking distance from Kelana Jaya Line LRT station)
  • Working days are Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
  • Normal working hours are i) 8:30am to 5:30pm; or ii) 9:00am to 6:00pm (our company practices flexible working days & hours)
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary of RM2,000 – RM3,500 per month (depending on experience & capability)
  • EPF, Socso, overtime allowance
  • Performance-based bonus
