STEP 1: Select Date
Click "Select Delivery/Pick Up Date" above to select the date that you want the item to be delivered or picked up.

STEP 2: Add to Cart
Click "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" to proceed to the Cart page. You will be required to provide sender & recipient's details and message content for wish card on the Cart page.

STEP 3: Checkout
Click "Check out" to proceed to the Checkout page. Please select "Ship" if you require delivery or "Pick up" if you wish to collect the item from us.

Flower & Gift Delivery
If you require delivery, please provide the delivery details on the Checkout page. Kindly ensure the recipient details (e.g. name, contact number) are accurate.

Same-day Flower Delivery
Our standard delivery hours starts from 9AM to 6PM. Please select Express Delivery* if you require delivery within 4 hours after order is placed.

Flower Delivery Preorder
Our standard delivery hours starts from 9AM to 6PM. Guaranteed delivery before 1PM is available if Early Express* is selected.

Pick Up
Pick up is available from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. For same-day pick-up, we require 4 hours to prepare the items. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm the pick up time before placing order.

*Express delivery options may be disabled on certain dates due to high order volume. Please contact us via WhatsApp if you require urgent delivery.
