Vacancy - Customer Care Executive

Are you looking for a customer service position in Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur?

Job Description:

 

  • Attend to enquiries from customers through multiple channels including WhatsApp, FB/IG Messenger, live chat, email, and phone call in timely manner
  • Assist customers to place order on our sales channels
  • Continuously expand and update internal FAQ list for future references
  • Update order details (such as contact details, shipping address) as and when necessary
  • Ensure items picked up by customers & deliveryman are as per ordered

Requirements:

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • High level of empathy & able to see from others’ perspective.
  • Able to stay patient when communicating with customers
  • 5 working days a week (Monday to Friday)
  • Working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary & allowance of RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month (depending on experience & capability)
  • EPF, Socso, and overtime allowance provided
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage though not required for application
  • Fresh graduate / school leavers with good language & people skills are encouraged to apply
